Debler Eternia is one of the most recognizable modern power/folk metal bands in Spain, originally founded in Coslada in 2006 under the name Débler. Over the years, they evolved from a youthful symphonic power metal act into a polished, theatrical, and emotionally driven project blending folk instrumentation, cinematic arrangements, and melodic metal. Their music often draws inspiration from literature, film, and personal introspection, supported by a strong visual identity and a dramatic stage presence.

The band’s early years produced demos such as Alcanzando mi destino (2008) and Ăšltimo deseo (2011), which laid the groundwork for their symphonic power metal sound. Their first major breakthrough came with Noctem Diaboli (2015), a concept album that showcased their growing ambition and orchestral depth. This momentum continued with Somnia (2017), a widely praised release that solidified DĂ©bler as a rising force in the Spanish scene. Their participation in the Mägo de Oz tribute album with El poema de la lluvia triste (2018) further expanded their visibility.

In 2019, the band released Adictium, a polished and modern album that blended electronic textures, folk elements, and powerful melodic hooks. The record marked a turning point in their sound and stage production, supported by a series of singles and a special demo edition.

A major transformation occurred in 2022 when the band rebranded as Debler Eternia, signaling a new creative era. With new members joining and a refreshed artistic direction, they released the album Perversso (2022), a darker, more mature work that explored themes of desire, duality, and emotional conflict. The singles Cada Latido, Eternia, and Afrodissia helped define this new identity.

The mid‑2020s saw further evolution, with singles like Levántate (2024), Eterna soledad (2024), and Mi oscuridad (2025) leading into their upcoming full‑length Lacrimosa (2025). This new material suggests a blend of emotional intensity, symphonic richness, and the folk‑metal touches that have become part of their signature.

Debler Eternia’s lineup has undergone significant changes, but the band remains anchored by vocalist RubĂ©n Kelsen, whose expressive voice and charismatic presence have defined the project since its inception. Their current formation includes musicians with experience in major Spanish acts such as Mägo de Oz, Lèpoka, Bloodhunter, and Celtian, contributing to a refined and professional sound.

Today, Debler Eternia stands as a prominent and evolving force in Spanish power/folk metal—cinematic, emotional, and committed to constant reinvention.
