Seer’s Fire is an epic and atmospheric black metal project from Utrecht, active since 2016 and devoted to crafting fantasy‑driven, windswept soundscapes rooted in the grandeur of classic atmospheric black metal. Their music blends long, immersive compositions with soaring melodic lines, distant screams, and a sense of vast, mythic solitude. Operating through the Dutch underground and released via The Throat, the project embraces a raw yet expansive aesthetic, evoking frozen plains, ancient magic, and the melancholy of forgotten realms.

The debut single A Forlorn Name (2017) introduced their characteristic blend of cold riffing and cinematic atmosphere, followed the same year by the full‑length Whispers in the Fire, a work steeped in sweeping tremolo passages and narrative tension. Their 2018 EP Snow‑veiled Plains further refined this vision, channeling blizzard‑like textures and mournful melodic arcs into a concise but evocative release.
