Stardust Reverie is a distinctive Andalusian heavy‑metal project created in 2012 by Victor Banner, a guitarist, composer, and producer known for assembling international guest musicians from across the metal and rock world. Rather than functioning as a traditional band, Stardust Reverie operates as a collaborative studio project, with Banner writing the core material and inviting renowned performers to contribute vocals, solos, and arrangements.

Musically, Stardust Reverie blends classic heavy metal with folk‑tinged melodies, cinematic atmospheres, and lyrical themes inspired by horror cinema, comic‑book mythology, and literary fantasy. The result is a hybrid sound that feels both nostalgic and theatrical—somewhere between melodic heavy metal, rock opera, and fantasy soundtrack.

Their debut album Ancient Rites of the Moon (2014) introduced this formula: epic guitars, melodic choruses, and a rotating cast of guest vocalists and instrumentalists. The follow‑up Proclamation of Shadows (2015) expanded the project’s scope with darker themes, richer orchestrations, and an even more ambitious lineup of collaborators.

Stardust Reverie continues to operate under Avispa Records, maintaining a cult following among fans of conceptual heavy metal and collaborative studio projects.
