Looking for Mystica emerged from Valencia in 2006, rising from the ashes of two earlier incarnations: Necrology (1999–2000) and Chrysanthemum (2000–2006). Each transformation brought a shift in sound and ambition, culminating in Looking for Mystica’s melodic black/death metal identity.
