Biography

Agatunet is a black metal band from Italy, formed in 2019. Their name, borrowed from a historic village in Norway, evokes a sense of ancestral memory and northern mysticism — a symbolic bridge between Italian soil and Nordic heritage.

The project operates within the raw and atmospheric spectrum of black metal, channeling themes of death, darkness, and nature. Though unsigned and largely underground, Agatunet has released material that reflects a solitary and introspective vision, including the full-length The End of All Things (2020), which explores apocalyptic motifs and existential decay.
