Apollinic Rites was a Romanian atmospheric death metal band formed in 2001 and based in Timișoara, Timiș County. Originally active under the name Gebeleizis from 1998 to 2001, the band explored themes of history, legends, and spirituality through solemn sonic architecture. Signed to Banatian Darkness, Apollinic Rites left behind a mythic echo before disbanding.
