Biography

Caladan Brood is an American epic/atmospheric black metal band formed in 2008 and based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Their music is deeply inspired by the Malazan Book of the Fallen fantasy novels by Steven Erikson, with the band name taken from an eponymous warlord in the series. Signed to Northern Silence Productions, Caladan Brood contributed the track “Farewell” to the 2016 Summoning tribute compilation In Mordor Where the Shadows Are. Their current status is unknown.
