Lyrics and concept are taken from the book of the same name, written by the band's singer/guitarist Kenduenir.

According to his writings, "Satrokon is a black divinity guardian of Galhur. Uvkir is the land where the rebels from Endar have taken refuge. Endar is the land of annihilation where humans live in conditions of total submission to the will of Satrokon, surrounded by false luxuries and comforts, provided by the magic of Satrokon, to destroy the sacred spirit that resides in the human race".

A magic debut 88/100

Debut EP for the Italian trio Uvkir. The proposed genre ranges between melodic death metal and epic metal with folk sprinkles. A mix of early Amon amarth and the best of melodic death metal. There is not much information about the band, except that the lyrics are taken from a book written by guitarist Kenduenir. The whole album is well structured, 6 songs one more beautiful than the others, each composition is of a high standard, Uvkir know how to keep the viewer's attention by mixing fast parts with slower and more epic ones and here lies their point strength in particular the choirs are creepy and project the listener into a warlike world where honor and faith in the final victory are the only thing that matters, the rest of the singing alternates between narrative voices and a growl definitely spot on.
