Pejzaż Świtu is a solitary raw and depressive black metal project founded in 2020 in the isolated locality of Czarne Wody. From its inception, the project has embraced a stark, minimalistic aesthetic that merges lo‑fi black metal, dark ambient soundscapes, and a deep connection to nature’s desolate, liminal spaces. Its music is defined by distant, frostbitten guitar lines, cavernous ambience, and an emotional palette rooted in melancholy, solitude, and the quiet violence of introspection. The project’s name—“Landscape of Dawn”—captures its essence: a world suspended between darkness and the first pale light, where memory, silence, and nature converge.

The debut full‑length Wind Beneath My Consciousness (2020) introduced Pejzaż Świtu’s atmospheric identity, weaving raw black metal riffs with drifting ambient passages that evoke forests, wind, and the dissolution of the self. Later that same year, Wyobcowana melancholia expanded the project’s depressive dimension, with critics in underground circles noting its suffocating emotional weight and its ability to balance fragility with harshness.

In 2021, Nonexistence pushed further into dark ambient territory, incorporating longer, more meditative structures and a colder, more distant production style. The album was received as one of the project’s most introspective works, exploring themes of disappearance, emotional erasure, and the dissolution of identity into the natural world.

Spring & Void (2023) marked a subtle evolution, juxtaposing moments of renewal and light with the project’s characteristic bleakness. Its sound is more expansive, with atmospheric layering that suggests both awakening and emptiness—an interplay that resonated strongly with listeners drawn to the more meditative side of raw and depressive black metal.

Released through Depressive Illusions Records, Pejzaż Świtu has steadily built a reputation within the underground for its sincerity, its immersive atmospheres, and its refusal to compromise its raw, solitary vision.
