Shadeworks is the one-man project by Arnaud Nicolas, and was created in 1998, under the name of Icy Winds at Dusk. The first demo tape "Endless Snowfields", was released in the same year. In 2000, the second DT was recorded, "Light Hiding In 8-D Architectures" and the band name was changed to Shadeworks.
